Apple anunta noi beneficii pentru proprii angajati

Chiar daca au locuri de munca foarte ravnite, angajatii companiei Apple nu sunt cei mai fericiti angajati din intreaga lume si asta mai ales din cauza stresului extrem de mare la care sunt supusi si pe care il acuza. Cu scopul de a-si face salariatii mai fericiti, Apple face un anunt si, totodata, o mutare interesanta. Fara a mai lasa presa sa descopere singura schimbarile interne, vicepresedintele si sefa diviziei de resurse umane din cadrul Apple, Denise Young Smith, a facut o declaratie publica prin care anunta noi beneficii pe care angajatii companiei americane le vor primi incepand de astazi.

Printre noile beneficii ale angajatiilor se numara cresterea concediului maternal, rambursari pentru costurile cursurilor de educare, un program de refinantare a imprumuturilor facute de stundetii angajati ai Apple in Statele Unite si un program extins de contributie la donatiile facute de angajatii filantropi ai companiei.

Smith a spus angajatilor, printr-un e-mail, ca Apple a facut contributii in actele de caritate ale angajatiilor de peste 25 de milioane de dolari de la initierea programului de incurajare a filantropismului. Acest lucru a incurajat compnia sa largeasca limitele programului pe care il va extinde la toti angajatii companiei din intreaga lume, dar si sa doneze pentru orele de munca facute de catre proprii angajati in actiuni non-profit.

Legat de concediile de maternitate, incepand de acum Apple va plati pana la patru saptamani de concediu inainte de data programata pentru nastere si intre 12 si 14 saptamani de concediu dupa ce copilul a fost nascut. Noii parinti vor primi, de asemenea, pana la sase saptamani de concediu platit integral.

De asemenea, compania americana anunta si lansarea unui „centru de stare de bine” in cadrul campusului propriu care este creat pentru a intruni toate nevoile medicale ale angajatiilor. Acest centru va permite angajatiilor sa primeasca tratament in timp ce sunt la lucru, beneficiind de timpi de asteptare pe programare de numai 5 minute.

Other new parents will receive full pay for up to six weeks.
